[覆熱方式]：
• 電鍋蒸炊法：
❶冷藏0-7℃解凍約12~18小時
❷室溫解凍約6~8小時
❸電鍋內加水:2.5米杯水量(不建議使用內鍋)
❹瓷盤(碗)放入電鍋中，待電鍋開關跳起即可享受美味

 • 蒸籠蒸炊法：
❶冷藏0-7℃解凍約12~18小時
❷室溫解凍約6~8小時
❸把蒸籠放入鍋中
❹瓷盤(碗)放入蒸籠內，水開後以中火蒸約30-40分鐘，即可享受美味
